WorthPoint and other sources on internet call it by Rachel Roet. Older ebay listings say similar plates by Rebeccah Riley. Does anyone know the correct maker? I think she attends the Chicago International show too. Perhaps you can email her with a photo and ask her if she is the maker of your tea set.
