Pin routing aid

For aligning the cutter to the guide pin, I took a 1/8" rod and drilled holes in each end.   One end mates with a 1/32" guide pin and the other end mates with a 1/16" guide pin.   I put the alignment dowel into the chuck (in this case, a Dremel in a Vandalay drill press), lower it over the guide pin and adjust until the guide pin is centered under the alignment dowel.

Easy peasy.  Not as accurate, of course, as drilling a new guide pin hole for each setup, but close enough.

Ignore the red Dykem - it's just so I can quickly see which end is which.
