Egyptian Cardigan--Four views, by Althea Crome

Althea

I designed all of the elements of this sweater to represent King Tuts tomb and his treasures--the sleeves were inspires by an alabaster casket, the front panels represent the west fresco on the the wall of Tut's tomb, the back was inspired by his falcon amulet. The hieroglyphs on the side of the front panels spell "BUGKNITS" on one side and "ALTHEA" on the other.

This is also made with 100 weigt YLi silk and 8/0 needles.
