I have loved miniatures all my life, starting with spending my five cents allowance on silver charms as they were so small!  This progressed into a love of making jewelry, including faceting stones, fabricating metals, and lost wax casting.  And those skills worked well for making miniatures.

 

My first miniature project was to copy my real house in miniature, including all the furniture.

 

I am married (50 years this June), have four grown children and seven grandchildren.
