Althea 61 Report post Posted October 24, 2014 I must admit. I have never watched the BBC Dr. Who series but I plan to now! I got a commission to make a 1/6th scale Dr Who scarf about a month ago. It took me about a month to make--finding the right colors and the pattern and doing the research was all part of that. It is finally finished and measures about 1" wide and 42 inches long with the fringe. It's been a long time since I've done a commission piece--it was fun!
Wm. R. Robertson 533 Report post Posted October 27, 2014 That is amazing....... Isn't it strange when working in a larger scale, especially when something (like a ten foot long scarf) is of an unusual size?..... It kind of messes with your head. And who knew Dr. Who's scarf was so popular..... There are dozens of websites devoted to it.....
