I am forwarding the email I received from the Bishop Show earlier today. For our artisans... more time to make beautiful things for the collectors to purchase! " We have rescheduled the dates for the 2020 Chicago International. We ask that you please advise everyone on your social media of the change of dates. We need to get this information out as soon as possible and must rely on you for help. You are all aware of what is going on worldwide so we believe it has become time to reschedule the 2020 Chicago International. Our new dates will be August 14, 15, 16, 2020 with the workshops beginning on Monday, August 10th. We will change everyone's preview and workshop registrations to the new dates. NOTHING will change other than the actual dates of the show. If these new dates present a problem for any of you, please let us know if you will NOT be attending the show in August. This is the best we can do at this time. We have waited as long as possible to make this decision We are hoping that by August things will have greatly improved. We chose the August dates as there are other shows in the fall that we did not want to interfere with and this was what was available. For those of you who have hotel reservations, the Marriott has cancelled all the room reservations for April so you will need to rebook. We also understand that the airlines are waving all rebooking fees if you rebook by March 30th. So very sorry for all of this and hope you will understand that the dates needed to be changed."
