  1. Warren Barnard

    1/48th Embassy Theater

After some ill health and a very busy schedule I got the prototype for my workshop at the Australian Miniature Enthusiasts Association convention in October finished,?. We have just had the Sydney Dollhouse and Miniatures Fair last weekend (1st weekend in May) where it was first shown to the public so I am now able to show it off as I am quite proud of it. Like anything we create we always see ways and means of doing things differently and better, so I'm sure some of those things will go into the workshop. The Embassy sign has already been rebuilt in a better and more accurate way since these photos. The miniature is approx 450mm wide (18inches) x 350mm high (14 inches) x 225mm deep (9 inches). I hope you enjoy some photos............... yours in miniatures
  2. Good morning all, I have just started a Kickstarter project to start some new Art Deco miniature buildings. I think that it will be of interest to some on this forum and I hope you are able to spare me a couple of minutes and have a look at it. I would also appreciate if you know anyone else who might be interested if you could pass the details along. The Project I hope speaks for itself and so I won't repeat it here, but if you have any queries or thoughts I would love to hear them. If you want to know what I look like terrified have a look at the video. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/364110685/barnardbuilt-art-deco-miniatures-of-reality I will be posting this on a couple of forums. yours in miniatures Warren http://barnardbuilt.blogspot.com.au/
