Guy Gadois
I have acquired a project that requires numerous box joints, so I made a half-size jig based on plans for a full-size one found on youtube. The spacers I use are 1/8" in thickness but thinner ones could be used. A video and a .pdf file shows how it works, and it does perform quite well even though some tweaking may be necessary to get a perfect fit. The table saw it fits on is the Proxxon 4". Cheers, Guy Here are the links to the video and the .pdf file. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsgcB8QkkeQ&t=53s http://www.thewoodfather.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/SBBJJ.pdf
